How does the airport welcome work?
Your personal assistant meets you in the arrivals hall at Tbilisi Airport with a sign bearing your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to your car. We share the meeting point and contact details in advance. We work around the clock, including early and overnight flights.
Which additional services can I request?
Flowers, champagne, wine, fruit and glasses for your arrival, a welcome pack for your child, a photographer or additional staff, and airport business lounge access.
If needed, your assistant can arrange a visit to a doctor or hairdresser, find a qualified lawyer or a home cleaning professional. If your request is not on the list, add it to your enquiry. We take care of finding the right providers and making all the arrangements. The cost of additional services is included in your proposal.
Can I request a child seat?
We can prepare a child seat or booster for your child’s age and weight. We select a car with enough room for your family, luggage and pushchair. You can also add a welcome pack for your younger passenger.
Can I enquire before my route is decided?
Yes. Your contact details, approximate dates and preferences are enough. We put together your itinerary and select a car. If your plans change during your stay, your assistant adjusts the route and schedule.
